I’m not happy with my seating selection. Am I able to change my seating location?
Seating changes can only be made the night of the concert and must be from the same section purchased. Seating availability may vary according to concert. Seating upgrades are available only on the night of the concert. Seating availability may vary according to concert.

I wasn’t notified about the change of artist/time/date/location. Am I entitled for a refund?

If the concert is cancelled, credit and debit cards will be automatically refunded the next business day. For cash transactions, please call 305.284.2400 or email fmtickets@miami.edu for further instructions.

Are there ticket fees?
Patrons calling our New York call centers to purchase tickets will be charged an additional $2 for the entire order.

What is the FROST School of Music refund policy if there’s a natural disaster?
In the event that a natural disaster (i.e., hurricanes or severe tropical weather) causes the rescheduling or cancellation of a performance, information will immediately be sent to local media for distribution, announced in our -blast list as well as our website. Please be aware that there is no way to contact all individual ticket holders other than by electronic means. If the concert is cancelled, credit and debit cards will be automatically refunded the next business day.
