For concerts with reserved seating, please call 305.284.2400 for available options. Seating availability may vary according to the concert.

If the concert is canceled, credit and debit cards will be automatically refunded the next business day. For cash transactions, please call 305.284.2400 or email fmtickets@miami.edu for further instructions.

Are there ticket fees?
Patrons calling our New York call centers to purchase tickets will be charged an additional $2 for the entire order.

What is the Frost School of Music refund policy if there’s a natural disaster?
In the event that a natural disaster (i.e., hurricanes or severe tropical weather) causes the rescheduling or cancellation of a performance, information will be announced in our e-blast list as well as our website. Please be aware that there is no way to contact all individual ticket holders other than by electronic means. If the concert is canceled, credit and debit cards will be automatically refunded the next business day.
