The Frost School of Music is led by the Dean and Executive Council, which includes Associate Deans for Graduate Studies, Undergraduate Studies, Administration, and Strategic Initiatives as well as a Sr. Business Officer, Marketing & Communications Director, Admissions Director, and Development Director. For sensitive issues concerning students and/or faculty, a subcommittee of the Dean and Associate Deans convenes.
