Our committee consists of Frost administrative and professional staff members dedicated to the advancement of diversity and inclusion within the Frost School of Music. The goal of this committee is to foster, support, and inspire a sense of purpose and belonging, as well as encourage contributions from across all races, genders, ethnicities, and the LGBTQ community, within the Frost School of Music family including, students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
We support initiatives that encourage and contribute to equality and diversity We aim to collaborate with other organizations and departments on campus to cultivate a university-wide approach towards meeting our goal.
Our committee strives to create a united Frost School of Music community through intentional acts of inclusivity. We strive to be a voice within the school, serving as ambassadors for change, amplifying concerns, facilitating problem resolutions, and making recommendations as they relate to diversity and inclusion.
